Dale brings to her business a professional background in health care. She worked as a Registered Nurse for many years in both hospital and community settings. Experience with family members and patients with hearing disabilities led to her interest in hearing loss and its treatment and prevention.

Susan graduated in 2013 from Conestoga College as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. She has a background in medical studies that makes her an ideal practitioner for our patients with health challenges as well as hearing needs. Her caring approach and attention to detail are appreciated by clients and staff alike.

Jill comes to the Hearing Healthcare field from a nursing and research background. Her experience has proven invaluable in our work dealing with hearing impaired clients. Compassion and problem solving skills are evident as she assists patients with their hearing aid concerns.

Glenn is a graduate of the Multimedia program at Fanshawe College and a graduate with high distinction of the Hearing Instrument Specialist program at Conestoga College.  His background in music and sound led to an interest in the human ear and the effects of hearing loss.  He combines his technical expertise with a caring, patient-focused approach.
